Each casita boasts two comfortably spacious queen-sized beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. With thoughtful attention to detail, we have provided everything you need for a truly blissful stay. From the soft, organic linens to the soothing ambiance, our casitas create the perfect environment for relaxation, reflection, and deep connection with nature.

MORNING
Each morning there is an offering of yoga flow and guided meditation before enjoying an organic breakfast. After breakfast, you will have free time or an optional healing modality session of your Choice.

Michele Smith
Michele is a licensed acupuncturist and certified yoga instructor in Arizona who is well-known for her vibrant, friendly and outgoing personality. She runs a community acupuncture clinic where she utilizes the styles of TCM, Dr Tan and Master Tung, along with auricular acupuncture, moxa, gua sha and e-stim. Michele leads weekly Zoom Yoga Nidra’s and in person Needles and Nidras. Her passion for helping others is evident in every aspect of her practice, making your experience an absolute delight. When Michele is not working, she enjoys spending time with friends, hiking, traveling and actively participating in her community.

Gabrielle Rubin LAc, M.Ac,
Gabrielle offers a gentle Japanese style of acupuncture, which uses fine needles and shallow insertion to balance and restore the energy system of the body. Her treatments are tailored to meet the needs of each person, are very gentle, and will often include a combination of treatment modalities, such as Tui Na(Chinese massage), auricular acupuncture, and Cole Magbuana Body Mapping Acupuncture for the treatment of pain. Gabrielle has also worked extensively with people suffering from eating disorders, substance abuse, PTSD, anxiety and depression. Gabrielle also teaches a yin version of Kundalini yoga and offers gong sound bath sessions.

Shelly Hubman
Shelly is a meditation teacher, spiritual life coach, energy healer and writer. Fluent in Spanish, she works as a translator, interpreter, tutor and educator. She has an M.A. from Boston College in Spanish Literature and an M.A. in Creative Writing from Northwestern University. Her spiritual journey began in childhood, evolving to free thinking and Buddhism. She's logged thousands of hours sitting in stillness on a meditation cushion. This set her joyfully on a path of self-knowledge that led to awakenings, spiritual epiphanies, continued exploration and newfound abilities to see a bit beyond. Shelly's currently writing a personal memoir and is a mom to Ellie Mae, a fluffy, gorgeous Pomeranian.
